Weight loss




I jumped on the scale two days ago and realized that I lost eighteen pounds in the last few weeks.  between the gym and the south beach diet.  My Husband and I are halfway through phase one.  This has been very hard for me because I am addicted to Carbs and this is detox.  My goal is to get back to 110 pounds because when I was there,  I felt at my healthiest.   I owe it to my son to stay healthy. The first picture was taken before I started the gym and the second was taken just before our wedding when I was at my goal weight.
